Yes, this length is too long for an 8 ft. Ceiling. I like the power supply compartment and the actual mount for the projector but the length just is way off.
I originally marked the ceiling mount to buy with the TNM, but now I see that there is no way to remove the extension pole and place the TNM closer to the ceiling, so I will have to change my pledge. Please make a version where the costumer can choose between using the pole or removing it.
