Fully implement HDMI 2.1 lip-sync signalling

Lip-sync drift and sync issues are the most frustrating and can be so difficult to consistently fix. Please can you ensure consistent, drift-free audio/video synchronization over HDMI 2.1 eARC by implementing accurate, mode-aware, latency reporting, deterministic processing pipelines, and full compliance with HDMI lip-sync signaling etc. Thank you!
