“Power on” and “menu” functions do not work with Bluetooth paired device

Was able to pair my Noir Max with my Unfolded Circle 3 remote via Bluetooth. I am able to use the direction buttons and power off. However, “power on” and “guide” do not work. When powered off, the TNM is showing as “unavailable” so it appears to be in an undiscoverable state.
