Support 3D with HDR - for gaming and videos

Currently, H20 / Titan Noir do not allow to enable 3D mode when the video signal is HDR. This is likely just because there are no 3D Blu Rays with HDR. But gaming very often uses HDR, TN also supports already HGiG, and such gaming can be made 3D on Windows. Likewise there are now tools available to create your own 3D conversion such as owl3d.com, and they also support HDR conversion.
